Why me
I spent 20 years as a chiropractor burning out on repeat until my hair fell out. I know what it’s like to cook something quick after another long day, going to bed earlier and earlier and using Sundays just to recover. I tried everything in that time – more processes, more staff, more holidays. Nothing worked long term. Until I rewrote the belief system underneath the patterns that kept forcing me to choose between my life and my life’s work.
