1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you (“Client”) and [Your Business Name] (“Mentor”), governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By purchasing any services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all disclaimers and consent provisions.

2. Services

The Mentor provides coaching and mentoring services for personal and/or professional development.

Services may be delivered as:

  • 1:1 sessions

  • Group programmes

  • Online sessions (e.g. video call)

  • Other agreed formats

These services do not include therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

3. Not Therapy & Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The services are not a substitute for medical or mental health care

  • The Mentor is not acting as a licensed healthcare professional

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results

  • No guarantees are made regarding outcomes

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

4. Spiritual / Reflective Practices (Informed Consent)

You give informed consent that sessions may include spiritual, intuitive, or reflective practices, including but not limited to Akashic Records work.

You acknowledge that:

  • These practices are spiritual and exploratory in nature

  • They are not evidence-based medical or psychological treatments

  • Participation is entirely voluntary

5. Fees, Payment & Payment Plans

Pay in Full

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed

Payment Plans

  • By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay all instalments in full and on time

  • Payment plans are a commitment to pay the full programme fee, not a pay-as-you-go option

  • Failure to complete payments may result in:

    • Suspension or termination of access to services

    • Recovery of outstanding amounts

General

  • All fees are stated at the point of purchase

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in this Agreement

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

However, by purchasing and requesting that services begin within this period, you:

  • Provide express consent for services to begin immediately

  • Acknowledge that you may be charged for services provided before cancellation

  • Understand that if the service is fully delivered within this period, you lose your right to cancel

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Failure to attend sessions

    • Partial participation in programmes

7. Scheduling, Access & Delivery

1:1 Sessions

  • Must be attended at the scheduled time

  • Missed sessions without reasonable notice may be forfeited

Group Programmes

  • Live sessions may not be rescheduled

  • Access to replays (if provided) is not guaranteed indefinitely

General

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  • The Mentor reserves the right to make reasonable changes to delivery format, timing, or structure

8. Client Conduct

You agree to:

  • Engage respectfully in all sessions and group environments

  • Not disrupt or interfere with the experience of others

The Mentor reserves the right to remove any participant from services (including group programmes) without refund if behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Business Name] shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of income, business, or opportunity

  • Any decisions or actions taken by the Client as a result of the services

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services.

10. Confidentiality

  • Personal information shared in 1:1 sessions will be treated as confidential

  • In group settings, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed and you agree to share responsibly

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, representations, or agreements.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. Digital Products & Evergreen Training

Where services include pre-recorded, self-paced, or digital training content (“Digital Products”):

  • Access is granted for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed

  • All intellectual property rights remain with [Your Business Name]

Access & Delivery

  • Access to Digital Products may be provided immediately upon purchase

  • Access duration (if limited) will be specified at the point of purchase

No Refunds (Digital Content)

  • All purchases of Digital Products are non-refundable

Waiver of Cancellation Rights

By purchasing Digital Products and accessing them immediately, you:

  • Provide express consent for immediate delivery of digital content

  • Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access is granted
